Gemma graduated from Plymouth University in 2019 with a 2:1 degree in LLB Law and completed her LPC in 2023. She joined Daniel Woodman and Co. in October 2024 and is currently completing her training contract

Gemma assists with attending pre-proceedings meetings and supports clients within the process, with many positive outcomes for clients as a result, and avoid their matters issuing to court.

Gemma also helps all the fee earners within the care team and has a particular interest in supporting vulnerable clients, who struggle with their mental health, have learning difficulties and need a helping hand. She is caring and approachable, which is appreciated by clients and is often the primary point of contact for clients.
