We are looking for a full time Receptionist/Administrator to join our team and provide administrative and secretarial support and general reception duties.
The successful candidate must have an excellent standard of keyboard skills as this role will also involve typing letters. The successful applicant will be computer literate and have sound experience of using Microsoft Office including word, excel and email.
The role will involve audio typing, some copy typing and administrative duties including answering the telephone, making appointments for solicitors, photocopying, filing, reception duties, diary entry,
The ideal candidate will be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a small team. Good communication and organisational skills are therefore essential as is the ability to be pro-active and happy to muck in with whatever needs doing. The role is also a front of House reception role which will involve meeting, welcoming and where possible dealing with all clients who visit this small law firm. This is a small office so other duties such as making refreshments, tidying the reception area, buying stamps and taking post to the post office etc. will be required.
