If you are selling a property we will put together a contract pack on your behalf.

If you are purchasing a property then we will order necessary searches relating to the property on your behalf and prepare a detailed report.

Exchange of Contracts

Once all parties are content to proceed the next step is to exchange contracts which legally binds the parties to the transaction.

Completion

On the day of completion, once funds have been transferred between the parties, the keys will be released and you can move into your new home.
