Biography
Charles Dibley graduated with a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Law (LLB) and is currently undertaking his Masters degree in Law at the University of the West of England.
Charles started his training as a solicitor with Daniel Woodman & Co Ltd and qualified in November 2020. He has a wide range of experience having dealt with multiple areas of Family law including care-proceedings, divorce and matrimonial finances and child contact arrangements.
Prior to joining the firm Charles worked for Co-op Legal Services for several years dealing with moderate to complex probate estate administration. He has continued this with the firm and has develop his practice by gaining significant experience in advising on and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Charles also has experience in advising and litigating on contentious probate matters.
Charles currently deals with all matters in respect of divorce and matrimonial finances, as well as private client work relating to Will writing, Lasting Powers or Attorney and Probate Estate Administration.
