Biography
Daniel was born in Bristol and attended Bristol Grammar School before gaining a BA(hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Brighton. He returned home to Bristol, completing Postgraduate Diplomas in Law & Legal Practice at the University of the West of England and served a training contract with a local firm before qualifying as a solicitor and being admitted to the roll in 1997.
Daniel Woodman & Co. began in Southville in March 2002 and Daniel and his team have been helping people locally and nationally ever since. Daniel has a mixed criminal practice with extensive experience and expertise in the majority of criminal matters.
He is regarded as a specialist in motoring matters, defending or mitigating to enable clients to stay on the road and also deals with serious crime, is a member of the VHCC panel and a police station and court duty solicitor and has practised in Crown Courts since 2008 as a solicitor advocate. He also has experience in Family Law matters, Civil Litigation, Wills and probate, Employment Law and Personal Injury matters gained over his 22 years in the profession. Daniel is ‘recommended’ by the Legal 500.
