Daniel Woodman

Daniel was born in Bristol and attended Bristol Grammar School before gaining a BA(hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Brighton. He returned home to Bristol, completing Postgraduate Diplomas in Law & Legal Practice at the University of the West of England and served a training contract with a local firm before qualifying as a solicitor and being admitted to the roll in 1997.

Daniel Woodman & Co. began in Southville in March 2002 and Daniel and his team have been helping people locally and nationally ever since. Daniel has a mixed criminal practice with extensive experience and expertise in the majority of criminal matters.

He is regarded as a specialist in motoring matters, defending or mitigating to enable clients to stay on the road and also deals with serious crime, is a member of the VHCC panel and a police station and court duty solicitor and has practised in Crown Courts since 2008 as a solicitor advocate. He also has experience in Family Law matters, Civil Litigation, Wills and probate, Employment Law and Personal Injury matters gained over his 22 years in the profession.
