Rachael Heale

Following graduation from the University of the West of England in 2020 with a First-Class Degree in LLB Law, Rachael also completed her LPC at UWE in 2023.
Rachael qualified as a Family Law Solicitor in September 2023 following completion of her training contract at Daniel Woodman & Co.

Rachael specialises in Care Proceedings and specialises in acting for parents in complex care proceedings, including those involved in Non-Accidental injury proceedings. She brings a high level of professionalism and an empathetic approach to all her cases.

Rachael has experiencing in advising in relation to all public law orders, including Care Orders, Supervision Orders and Special Guardianship Orders, and Placement orders.
