Biography
Rebecca has a masters in Law specialising in domestic abuse. She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2022 and shortly after she joined Daniel Woodman.
She completed her training within a local authority so has particular experience and specialism in proceedings where local authorities are involved. Rebecca continues to act as an agent for Local Authorities and can provide advice in relation to all public law orders including Care Orders, Placement Orders, Supervision Orders, Special Guardian Orders and Deprivation of Liberty Orders.
Rebecca also represents parents in complex care proceedings including those involving Non-Accidental injuries and domestic abuse. She is able to sensitively represent parents who are vulnerable, who struggle with their mental health or who have learning difficulties.
Rebecca is a confident advocate who regularly represents clients in the Family Court. She is empathetic, constructive and non-confrontational in her approach and ensures the best outcome for all of the clients she represents.
In 2024 Rebecca achieved accreditation on the Law Society Children Law Accreditation Panel to enable her to represent children through their Guardians.
