Daniel Woodman representing long-standing client in a motoring case where he stood to potentially lose his livlihood and was a professional driver. Following a trial in relation to an offence which could have potentially carried six penalty points and caused the client to become a totter with a number of points meaning he wouldn’t remain on the road if convicted. The client was acquitted after a trial before the Bath Magistrates’ Court and able to keep his licence and livlihood.
