Case Update

 

Daniel Woodman was involved in defending a young person, who was 15 at the time of committed an alleged rape but by the time of sentence was 18. Daniel Woodman presented a plea in mitigation and unusually, given the nature of the case, the young Defendant was dealt with in the community. Thus, avoiding the almost inevitable custodial sentence for such an offence. A great outcome for this young man in the unusual circumstances of this case.
