Daniel Woodman was involved in the defence of a Youth who faced charges of wounding with intent and attempted wounding with intent. Daniel Woodman put forward a plea in mitigation with substantial supporting references and other evidence which ultimately enabled the Crown Court Judge to depart from the immediate custodial sentence, which would ordinarily have followed such offending and succeeding in obtaining a community disposal for a young man, with the rest of his life before him.
